Not only are pineapples incredible for health and nutrition, but pineapples are also a favorite way to wear curls!

The Pineappling Method is a wonderful way to preserve curls at night.

It prevents frizz and friction while preserving the life and robustness of curls. It’s also a great way to protect natural hairstyles such as twist outs, flexi-rod curls and braided hairstyles.

Here are 3 simple ways to pineapple at night:

1. Gather your hair on top of your head.

2. Secure with a satin scrunchie, ouchless scrunchie or a spiral scrunchie (bobble).

Tip: make sure your hair isn’t pulled too tight. Keep it loosely secure.

3. Protect the hairline with a satin scarf or sleep on a satin pillow.
