If our current health crisis worldwide has taught us anything, one thing is clear: life is bigger than our intimate circles.

Bigger than just us, our families and our four walls.

This current situation connects and affects us all.

Yes.

We’ll do the obvious. Keeping our hands clean, our environments sanitized and staying home if we’re sick and contagious.

However.

As we finish the checklist and stock up on necessities, let’s not forget our neighbor.

Our vulnerable ones.

Those who are alone with no community of love to reach out and see if they’re okay.

Let’s feed the hungry and offer aid to those who have no one but themselves.

Remember to start and end in love.

Try hardest to be patient.

Extend kindness and help in ways we can.

Always show up with love.
