A Business Owner's Exhale Moment.

I can’t tell you how many times I felt completely lost running my business.

Cosmetology school prepares us to be technicians, not business owners.

There’s a big difference.

If you wanted to be a salon owner, they had a “Manager’s Class” which was a brief overview that barely prepares you for what lies ahead.

There are so many layers to entrepreneurship and there’s a huge difference between owning a business and running a successful business.

For starters, before you even develop a stride of normalcy, Chief Problem Solver is the title you’ll wear the most!

You can look at the current dilemma we’re in now as evidence of a small problem in the beginning that never got solved, snowballing into something that changed the entire world forever.

The ball was dropped and we’re all paying for it right now.

So how do we navigate through the problems, issues and financial disparities of ownership?

Prepare for what’s next.

We can’t afford to wait and see what happens anymore.

We have to prepare for it right now.

“Failure to plan for the future creates a successful disaster.”

I never knew how important having a Disaster Plan was until disasters happened.

At first, I felt like I was just paranoid for being so “worst case scenario” minded, but now it all makes sense.

In the beginning, there was a love story.

From the very beginning, we’re in love with the idea of ownership and romanticize what that means.

Freedom. Wealth. Being your own boss. Calling shots and making wins.

Looking successful.

The gap in between is what truly matters.

The ingredients that turn your ideas into a successful business.

If you’re lost in that moment, I’d love to help it make sense to you and help you navigate through the mind blowing process of business ownership.
