Choose Your Best Life This Year. πŸ₯‚

The New Year Slump.

Statistics say that for many of us, New Year resolutions fizzle out February 1.

Here's our 3 tips to survive the Resolution Slump!

Take it one habit at a time.

Some habits won't break overnight.

At the top of the year, the list is super long with life changes we can't wait to make and tackle full speed. But go easy on yourself!

Toss the list and choose just one. Tackle that. Conquer it. Celebrate the win.

Then. On to the next!

This approach is stress-free and allows you to enjoy victories along the way towards your life transformation goals. Looking back to see how far you've come vs. how long it will take to get there will be the greatest reward.

Tweak your hair.

When was the last time you changed your hair?

Transforming hair is usually most common during major life transitions like a break-up or new career, but there's no better time than now to take self inventory! Discover the small or big tweak that just might change everything.

"So, where should I start?"

Take a selfie.

It's an up close and intimate way to see the raw version of yourself, with no filters.

Check out what you don't like, where you'd like to see change and start there.

Even a small hair change will make you feel more confident and empower you to make other life decisions you otherwise would have avoided.

Laugh. Cherish time. Worry less.

Our last tip is really a 3 in 1, but so worth it!

Life is the greatest marathon you'll ever run and the best way to run it is with joy, precious moments and living it stress-free.

While on the journey take time for joy, laughter and pure happiness. This sustains us through challenging times.

Did you know that time is the one thing in life that you can't get back?

Pace yourself.

Give yourself the gift of precious time! Make it valuable, a priority and full of goodness. Love, laugh and live whole.

With no worries!

It takes great practice to worry less when we're in the habit of always worrying. Even when we're determined to leave those worries behind, our mind will most likely go right back to it.

Vital steps:

Accept what you can't change and leave it there.

Make worrying one less bag you carry on the journey.

Invite uncertainty, then put it in its place.

Fear is normal, but give it no permission to paralyze your present or future. Embrace it for a moment then promptly move it out of your way.

Put the rose colored glasses on for awhile.

Meditate on what's good. Take inventory of greatness already surrounding you. Re-directing your mind to go high instead of low will prove to be beneficial when conquering life's worries, doubts and fears. Aim high where the light is.

Anticipate greatness.

Your future is bright and you’re in store for the best!
